The entire abdomen covering a length of 30 cm can be scanned in just 10 seconds. This results in a fast completion of the patient study and results in high patient comfort as they have to lie in the scan table for a few seconds. CT Angiograms and virtual colonoscopy are some of the advanced functions of our CT. The Hispeed Dual system is equipped with ultra fast scan and reconstruction, which takes just 0.5 seconds for image reconstruction. This helps the physician to evaluate the scan process on line, that is, images can be viewed almost at the same speed at which scan progress. This feature is remarkable and allows the radiologist to view the images in almost real time and diagnose and differentiate the pathology by real-time modification of scan techniques.
